Romantic, Boss, Detective, Noir
Between drowning in readings and hoarding washi tape, I run a rogue creative writing group in the back of my favorite Hong Lim Park cafe. We're just sleep-deprived students writing about void deck spirits and heartland magic, fueled by too much kopi and leftover curry puffs. Won the campus literary prize for a story about a lonely uncle who collects people's forgotten dreams with his toast. The auntie at my regular breakfast spot now gives me extra butter while demanding story updates. Currently: procrastinating on my thesis about Singaporean folklore, writing my first novella from different rooftop gardens, and trying to explain to my ah ma why I'm always typing on my phone during family dinners. (It's not texting, I promise - it's worldbuilding!)
