If you believe that content available through Novelia infringes upon your intellectual property rights, please follow the procedure outlined below to submit a Notification of Claimed Infringement.

Reporting Alleged Infringement

To notify us of content that you believe infringes your copyright, please send a written notice containing the following information:

  • Signature: An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright.
  • Description of Copyrighted Work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.

False Claims

Submitting false claims of infringement can result in legal consequences. Novelia reserves the right to seek damages from any party that submits a false Notification of Claimed Infringement in violation of applicable law.

Repeat Infringers

Novelia will promptly terminate, without notice, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity or has had content removed from Novelia at least twice.
